Where in the world:  Show where safety equipment is in the room (extinguishers, eye wash, shower, and fire blanket), go over fire drill procedures, demonstrate proper use of the fire blanket.

Googly eyes:  Goggles must be worn any time corrosive chemicals, heat, or glassware are in use.

Plug it in, plug it in:  Always check for frayed wires before using any electrical equipment.  Never pull on cords.  Pull the plug itself.  Report any unsafe wires or plugs to the instructor.
