Expectations:  Students will be able to explain apparent motions of the Earth, moon, and planets.

9 November 2021:

In Class:  Geocentric and Heliocentric Models.  (Review Book pages 63-64)

Expectations:  Students will be able to identify geocentric and heliocentric models.

Due:  Review Book page 65 (15-19).

Homework:  Review Book page 68 (20-27).

10 November 2021:

Lab 9:
Complete the Solar and Lunar Eclipses Lab.

Expectations:  Students will be able to draw sketches and explain eclipses with respect to moon phase and lunar nodes.

11 November 2021:

No School:  Veteran's Day.

12 November 2021:

In Class:  Actual Earth Motions.  (Review Book pages 65-68)

Expectations:  Students will be able to explain a Foucault pendulum, the Coriolis effect, and how they support heliocentric models.
